Even the ride to Carmel Forest Spa Resort is a fascinating one, driving from the main highway, all the way to the narrow and windy road leading to Haifa's mountain top Carmel area filled with greenery and natural flora and vegetation. This long, narrow and windy road leads straight into the Spa Resort. Carmel Forest Spa Resort is the largest health spa resort in Israel, and spreads on almost 19 acres of forestland and sport facilities. The Spa resort is built in such a way that it overviews the beautiful Carmel Mountains on one side and overviews the Mediterranean Sea on the other. The second you enter the resort you will notice that you have entered a new world, one that was never familiar to you before. At the resort, one can find pupils walking around with robes as relaxation covers the mood of the place. There is holistic music in the background, no children's sounds, no cell phone rings, etc. Beyond the enormous glass walls, one can look deep into a huge forest and beyond the forest pops up the bright blue sea, and beyond that one can only sea and feel the calm and serenity that overcomes the resort.

The whole resort is situated right in the middle of and spectacularly magnificent forest, this is why the guests have the opportunity to easily disconnect from the rest of the world. The Spa resort offers more than 70 holistic treatments such as aromatic oil massages, seaweed body covering, hydrotherapy, Aiorwda massages, full body mud covering, Swedish massage, holistic healing, Thai massage, shiatsu, pealing, cosmetic treatments, beauty treatments and many more. The guests have the privilege of enjoying the indoor as well as the outdoor swimming pool, the gym, the sauna, the jacuzzi, yoga classes, tai-chi, meditation classes, living health classes, professionally guided forest tours allowing one to breathe in the fresh foresty air and more.
Health and fitness program
Carmel Forest Spa Resort has developed a unique living health and fitness program that concentrates on sport activity and eating right all in order to help the resort guests to regain a unique balance between their body and soul. This health and fitness program is accompanied by the Spa Resort's dietician and will be established for the guest on the spot, right when he/she arrives to the resort. The Program is built directly to fit the guests' personal attributes, needs, life style, habits and preferences. As part of the program each guest undertakes a computerized full body examination, testing the person's muscle mass and fat mass, both taken under consideration at the time of planning and generating the perfect health and fitness program for the guest. The goal is to teach the guest to try a new way of living and to try to get rid of old and negative habits. In addition, the guests have the option of continuing the fitness program long after they have left the holiday resort.
Workshops
One can stay at the Carmel Forest Spa Resort for a day, a weekend or even more than that, for as long as he/she wishes. The resort offers varied workshops that all last for a few days. There is also a diet workshop, yoga workshop, cooking workshops directed by the resorts leading chef who happens to also be one of Israel's leading chefs, wine tasting workshops and a juice fasting workshop. Some of the workshops open only every few months and they have consistent and permanent participants. Some participants even wake up early to start a baking workshop at 5 a.m., yes at 5 a.m.!

What else can you ask for? The resort has 126 rooms and suites, all built in front of the stunning Carmel mountain forest greenery and natural flora and vegetation. Some have fully equipped patios with tanning beds. These patios are there for the guest to enjoy watching the beautiful green mountain view.
The guests can either lay around the room and enjoy the breathtaking view or they can take part in varied activities such as Meditation classes, mountain bike riding, guided forest walks, Pilates and more. The meals at the resort are phenomenal and the resort's famous restaurant "Carmel" is one of the best-known and respected restaurants in the whole area. "Carmel" is open daily from 7:30 – 15:00 to serve breakfast and lunch, and at evening time it serves dinner, gourmet dinners!

General Information
Carmel Forest Spa Resort is the largest health spa resort in Israel, and spreads on almost 19 acres of forestland and sport facilities. The resort has 126 rooms and suites that face the amazing views of the Carmel mountain forests. The resort has 2,500 meters of Spa area offering more than 70 different holistic treatments done by leading therapists and includes pools, a Turkish bathhouse, saunas, treatment rooms, a barber's shop, a beauty care store and more. In the resort's garden, guests can find a pool, tennis courts, walking/jogging road paths and little relaxing areas in the midst of nature. Many of the resorts activities take place outside and include interaction with pure nature! The resort also has an incredible Gym, a fitness room, a reading and quite room, a music room, a game room, a meeting room and an auditorium that contains 152 seats for lectures and shows. The dining room serves three health meals a day. The resort hosts guests from the age of 16 and up.
